b. McGyver and the Insurance Man
The birds, Vodka and McGyver, add sound and life to the house. Anyone who has heard them in the background when I’m on the phone would probably swear I throw wild parties and am never alone. Vodka keeps me entertained (and annoyed) with his Wolf whistles and tunes of “Woody the Woodpecker,” “Shave and a Hair Cut” and “Charge.” 
McGyver greets me in the morning with “Hi, KooKoo Birdie” and serenades me throughout the day with his favorite songs—Jesus Loves the Little Birdies, Singing in the Rain, and I’m So Pretty. He cries with me when I’m feeling sad and sounds so pathetic, he quickly gets me to laugh. Then, he starts his hysterical laughing and inevitably cheers me up.
